ServiceNow IRM Developer
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform.
- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM applications including:
- Policy and Compliance Management
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Authority Documents and Control Frameworks
- Configure risk assessment questionnaires, risk scoring models, control objectives, and compliance frameworks.
- Build and maintain authority documents, controls, indicators, and issue management processes.
- Configure risk assessments, control testing, and compliance monitoring activities.
- Design and implement integrations with Archer and other needed tools.
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations where IH spoke is not available
- Design API-led integrations, MID server architecture, and data synchronization patterns.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, CSDM principles, and platform governance standards.
- Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
