In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our products. We are a dedicated and driven team with a focus on providing each of our customers with amazing customer service. If you are looking for a new opportunity to grow, this may be the role for you. The ideal candidate has an active California Insurance License, will be Spanish-speaking, have a solid understanding of personal lines insurance products. Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads referral sources.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
- Must Have an Active California Property Casualty License
- Minimum 3 year of insurance industry experience in sales
- Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products (auto, home, renters, etc.).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required; the ideal candidate is fluent in both.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and maintain high productivity.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
- Must be able to work full-time from our office location.
