The ideal candidate has a proven track record of previous Quality Control experience in engineering and/or civil construction work. They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment. They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.
Key responsibilities/skills:
- Provide scheduling support to assigned projects.
- Participate in updating the master schedule and enterprise reporting.
- Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in developing and maintaining a project baseline schedule.
- Maintain quality assurance and control on assigned project schedules.
- Oversee sub-contractors.
- Track material costs and quantities entering project sites.
- Create reports based on monthly material costs and inventory.
- Assist other engineering departments as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned
