Community Support Specialist/Direct Support Person-Mascoutah

Through our Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILAs), we provide daily supports to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible. Our CILAs have 4–6 residents, allowing our Direct Support Professionals to personalize care. Position We are looking for skilled Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who can provide excellent person‑centered care. If you are not yet DSP certified, you may apply for our Direct Support Professional Career Training Program. Schedule & Pay Full‑time 3 pm–9 pm or 3 pm–11 pm (weekends) – base pay $19.05–$21.30 per hour. Full‑time 11 pm–9 am – base pay $19.05–$21.30 per hour.
