Business Development Coordinator

Support outbound and inbound new business efforts alongside senior leadership Coordinate outreach, follow-ups, and meeting logistics with prospective clients Serve as a professional point of contact for early-stage inquiries in both English and French Track leads, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM Monitor incoming inquiries and route opportunities appropriately Maintain visibility into pipeline status, next steps, and priorities Assist with scheduling, preparation, and follow-up for new business meetings Prepare leadership with materials, research, and context ahead of conversations Track action items and move opportunities forward after meetings and pitches Research brands, prospects, and decision-makers Support pitch preparation with briefing documents, internal summaries, and background materials Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and align on new business opportunities Help ensure clear communication and smooth handoffs across departments Requirements 1–3+ years of experience in coordination, operations, sales support, account support, or a related role Fluent in English and French, spoken and written — required Based in New York City — required Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable supporting senior leaders and managing multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Curiosity about creative agencies, branding, and experiential marketing Proactive, reliable, and calm under pressure Experience in a creative agency or professional services environment Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce Experience working with international or French-speaking clients Strong research or writing skills Core Competencies Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills while supporting senior leadership in business development efforts.
