Overview

HUNTER is seeking an organized, creative, ambitious, and detail-oriented recent college graduate to join the agency as a Business Development Coordinator. The Business Development Coordinator will work closely with the agency's New Business team, reporting up to the Chief Marketing Officer, supporting all aspects of the process from initial research on prospects, to organizing and drafting agency credentials materials, scheduling meetings, and updating status documents. Marketing agency experience (internships included) is preferred, and there is room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the needs of a three+ person team responsible for every aspect of the new business process across a broad variety of sectors and capabilities
• Diligent organization skills required as you manage and file our continuously growing library of credentials, case work and other sales materials on the shared agency drive.
• Conduct initial research on potential opportunities, manage scheduling and timelines, keep status trackers updated
• Draft and proofread RFI / RFP responses
• Assist with agency marketing and cultural initiatives and events as needed.

Qualifications

• B.A. in Marketing, Communications or the like
• One (1) to two (2) previous internships in marketing and social media services for an agency, media company or brand
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of AI, primarily for efficiency and organization - this is a position that requires dedicated time spent in PowerPoint for building decks and presentations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic design skills are a plus

Compensation

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the Company believes the target range of base compensation for this role is $23.00-25.00 dollars per hour. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
