Mark Doyle - State Farm Agent is seeking an organized and driven part-time team member to help meet the needs of our existing customers as well as providing help with administrative duties and support to our team. As a part-time Staff Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member you will need to pay attention to detail and follow up with our existing clients to assist in servicing their policies. We look forward to incorporating your energy and administrative skills into our team as we build success together. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Outgoing and empathetic personality
- Strong phone and written skills
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Assist other team members to ensure applications and policies are issued correctly.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in a busy office
- $16/hour unlicensed in property and casualty.
- $18/hour if licensed in property and casualty.
- Part-time/flexible hours. We will work around your schedule.
