Supply Chain Analyst The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing supply portal ordering, manual order entry, order tracking, appointment follow-up, and reporting activities to support efficient supply chain operations. This role analyzes inventory and sales data, researches discrepancies, and works closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely product deliveries. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel and supply chain systems. Key Responsibilities

• Enter forecasted orders, purchase orders, and order adjustments accurately and within established deadlines.
• Monitor supplier portals and maintain order information, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
• Verify supplier order confirmations, delivery schedules, and shipment details.
• Track and trace inbound shipments to ensure deliveries meet scheduled appointment times and operational requirements.
• Research and resolve discrepancies involving inventory, sales data, purchase orders, and supplier deliveries.
• Generate and maintain reports comparing ordered versus received quantities, forecasted demand versus actual sales, and inventory levels versus target quantities.
• Calculate pallet weights and assess truck capacity to support efficient transportation planning.
• Utilize Excel and other business applications to analyze large datasets and identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot supplier portal issues and coordinate with suppliers to resolve system-related challenges.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate supply chain updates, anomalies, and inventory concerns to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations and Inventory teams to ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock levels.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and recommending solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or GED with at least 2 years of experience in a data entry, inventory, supply chain, or related analytical role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with formulas such as VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to interpret large volumes of data.
• Ability to perform business mathematical calculations accurately.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to successfully pass a post-offer background check and drug screening.

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or data analysis.
• Experience with planning and ERP systems such as Blue Yonder, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of the food, beverage, or consumer goods industry.
• Understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and supply planning processes.

Job Details:

• Contract
• 100% onsite
• Pay $30- $35 an hour, depending on experience

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
