Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Portal Order Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supply portal ordering, manual order entry, order tracking, appointment follow-up, and report writing. The ideal candidate will have experience researching and analyzing discrepancies in inventory and sales data, and a strong background in data entry and Excel. Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Enter forecasted orders, Purchase Orders, and adjustments accurately and timely Determine pallet weight and truck capacity Maintain accurate records, including up-to-date variance reports of items ordered vs. items received, forecasted vs. sales, and ending inventory levels vs. targeted Verify supplier order confirmations and delivery dates Track and trace inbound orders to ensure appointment times are met and trucks are received Maintain supplier portals, troubleshooting system challenges as needed Utilize and update all computer applications with vital information, including anomalies and item numbers Work with Operations to ensure accurate inventory levels are recorded Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or GED with 2+ years in a data entry field High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as v-lookups and x-lookups Ability to work independently Strong business mathematical skills Proven ability to analyze large pools of data accurately Superior organizational skills with the ability to handle vast amounts of inventory and SKUs Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage firm deadlines Must pass a post-offer background and drug test #J-18808-Ljbffr
