Location: 400 Bellevue Parkway, Wilmington, DE 19809 Clinic Dates: Tuesday, October 6 · Tuesday, October 13 · Wednesday, October 14, 2026 Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Onsite Pay: $190/hour Telemedicine Lab-Result Consultations: $140/hour Contract Type: Independent Contractor (1099) VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Delaware-licensed physician to provide preventive health services during three corporate wellness clinic dates at 400 Bellevue Parkway in Wilmington. This is a structured outpatient assignment with scheduled patients, onsite clinical support, no insurance billing, no hospital rounds and no call responsibilities. Availability for all three dates is strongly preferred, but physicians available for one or two dates may apply and identify their available dates. Why this assignment stands out $190 per hour for onsite coverage Three defined weekday clinic dates Approximately 20 scheduled patients per clinic day No evening, weekend, hospital-rounding or on-call work No insurance billing Patient scheduling and administrative coordination provided Experienced patient-care/phlebotomy support onsite Additional telemedicine lab-result consultations paid at $140 per hour Preventive-care scope with no continuing patient panel Responsibilities Conduct preventive wellness examinations and health assessments. Review medical histories, medications, current concerns and risk factors. Discuss screening findings and laboratory results. Provide individualized preventive-care guidance and patient education. Recommend follow-up with primary-care providers or specialists. Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation. Conduct separately scheduled telemedicine lab-result consultations when assigned. Maintain patient confidentiality and professional clinical standards. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Delaware physician license. MD or DO degree. Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Occupational Medicine or another relevant primary-care specialty. At least three years of post-training clinical experience preferred. Current BLS/CPR. Comfortable practicing independently within a defined preventive-care scope. Strong patient-education, communication and documentation skills. Able to commute reliably to 400 Bellevue Parkway. Personal laptop or tablet capable of securely connecting to the provided charting system. #J-18808-Ljbffr VitalCheck Wellness
