Location: Industrial Project Site

Schedule: Monday–Saturday | Early starts (5:00 AM) | 10-hour shifts

About the Role

Ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something big? We’re looking for a hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team on a fast-paced commercial project—helping transform an industrial site into a modern manufacturing facility.

This isn’t just another job site role—you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple aspects of construction, from demolition to finishing touches, all while working alongside a skilled and supportive crew.

️ What You’ll Do

No two days are the same. You'll play a key role in keeping the project moving forward, including:

• Spotting lift operations to ensure safe and smooth equipment movement
• Performing carpentry tasks , including drywall patching and minor repairs
• Drilling and prepping materials to meet project requirements
• Keeping the site clean and organized (sweeping, debris removal, general upkeep)
• Supporting demolition work safely and efficiently
• Assisting with painting and surface prep
• ⚙️ Using hand tools and construction equipment with precision and safety
• Collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals
• ⚠️ Following safety procedures and helping maintain a hazard-free job site

✅ What You Bring

We’re looking for reliable, team-oriented individuals who are ready to work hard:

• At least 1 year of commercial construction experience
• Experience with general labor, demolition, and site cleanup
• Ability to safely use hand tools and basic equipment
• Basic carpentry skills (drywall patching a plus)
• Strong understanding of job site safety practices
• Comfortable working early mornings and long shifts (10 hours/day)
• Dependable and ready to show up every day

⭐ Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience on industrial or manufacturing construction sites
• Familiarity with retrofit projects
• Basic painting and finishing experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

️ Work Environment

You’ll be working inside an active industrial construction site, with exposure to:

• Active machinery, lifts, and equipment
• Dust, noise, and varying temperatures
• Indoor and partially enclosed workspaces

Safety is a top priority—proper PPE and construction attire are required at all times.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tolleson, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
