What You'll Do

• Process vendor payments accurately and efficiently
• Review invoices and vendor statements for accuracy
• Contact vendors to request statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare remittances and support disbursement processes
• Maintain and update vendor records
• Respond to email and phone inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and ensure accuracy
• Assist with billing, filing, and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both independently and on a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
