Quality Coordinator I

Ensures compliance to MEC requirements, quality standards, drawings, specifications, and contractual obligations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review supplier documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Create, monitor, and submit email notifications to both internal and external suppliers/customers.
• Prepare Drawings by ballooning the dimensions requirements
• Review documentation and complete SAP transactions or ticket system as needed.

Skills and Requirements:

• High School graduate or a General Educational Development (GED) Certificate
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel).
• Computer Literate
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively with others are a must.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are a plus.
• Work with a positive "can-do" attitude and work with a sense of urgency when needed.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Work Environment:

• Medium-to-large inspection and production floor environment
• Fast-paced office environment
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
• Exposed to a combination of normal office-type environments

Salary Range: Base Salary Range (Inglewood only): $24.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
