Job Description: Dental Territory Sales Manager

Location : Los Angeles - Southern LA

Salary : Base: $90,000 - $95,000

OTE: $150,000+ (uncapped)

Benefits : Full benefits include Medical (employee only), Dental, 401K, Vision, Car Allowance, PTO, All expenses paid

Travel : Overnight travel required: 50%

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with dental practices and clients within your territory.
• Product Education & Demonstrations : Educate clients about our products and services, and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations.
• Lead Generation : Identify and generate potential leads for future sales opportunities.
• Sales Performance : Set and exceed sales quotas while tracking and reporting sales activities in an organized manner.
• Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience : Minimum of 2+ years of current dental sales experience in the desired territory
• Skills : Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Travel : Must have the ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and conduct business.
