Compliance Specialist — Affordable Housing Programs (LIHTC/HUD)

Ingerman Group

Ingerman Group is seeking a Compliance Specialist to ensure LIHTC, HUD and other affordable housing program compliance across a portfolio of properties in New Jersey. The role involves preparing reports, conducting internal audits, and collaborating with state agencies and investors to uphold regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in compliance-related roles, strong knowledge of Yardi, TRACS 202D, HUD Secure System, and MAT guidance, and excellent communication and #J-18808-Ljbffr Ingerman Group
