Communications Coordinator

to support internal and external communications content scheduling company messaging and cross-team projects.

This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who writes clearly manages deadlines well and enjoys coordinating communication across different channels. Responsibilities

Assist with internal and external communication initiatives Prepare and schedule email website and digital content Coordinate communication calendars and project deadlines Draft and edit announcements updates and business materials Organize presentations templates and communication assets Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams Maintain accurate communication files and documentation Support special campaigns events and company initiatives Track approvals and follow up on outstanding tasks Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills Good organization and attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Professional and dependable Previous communications marketing content or project coordination experience is preferred Skills
