Now Hiring an Operations Specialist - Coach the Team. Raise the Standard

As an Operations Specialist, you'll be the support system for our restaurant teams - coaching crews, reinforcing brand standards, and driving food safety excellence across your assigned restaurants. You'll report to the Director of Training, building operational consistency through daily visits and hands-on support.

What You'll Do

Operations Support

• Visit assigned restaurants daily based on operational priorities
• Coach teams on speed of service, cleanliness, and guest experience

Food Safety & Brand Standards

• Conduct food safety and operational observations during every visit
• Identify and correct concerns on the spot

Systems & Training

• Verify restaurants are using operational systems and training tools correctly
• Retrain teams when standards drift

Team Coaching

• Coach shoulder-to-shoulder with RGMs, Shift Leaders, and Team Members
• Reinforce daily routines and support new launch readiness

Reporting

• Submit daily visit recaps to the Director of Training
• Track operational improvement across your markets

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
• A positive, professional attitude with guests and teammates
• Commitment to guest service excellence
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and jump in wherever needed
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
