Florida Blue is seeking an executive to build and lead an integrated enterprise performance engine focused on Medicare Advantage quality metrics and member experience. The role unifies Quality, Stars, HEDIS, CAHPS and analytics under a single operating model aligned to clinical governance and enterprise performance.
