Pay Rate: $30.35/hr.

Job Description:

The Service Contract Analyst will be a strategic, data-driven business partner to champion the growth of our service contract offerings for medical device customers. This role is pivotal in aligning sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue, enhance customer retention, and optimize contract performance. In partnership with Sales and Field Service teams, you will be responsible for owning and driving the accountability process for renewals and warranty expirations, additional coverage, and generating contract revenue.

Contract Revenue and Financial Operations

Support achievement of annual service contract revenue and profitability targets.

Partner with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing, billing adjustments, and revenue recognition.

Conduct historical contract research, financial analysis, and cost modeling for ROI purposes.

Assist with pricing strategy and development of service contract proposals.

Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute data-backed strategies to increase contract penetration and renewal rates

Identify and lead efforts to drive coming off warranty attachment rates >90 days in advance

Partner with cross functional partners to develop and implement new service offerings

Identify root causes, evaluate solutions, and recommend enhancement upgrades to provide a more efficient service process

Drive sustainable process improvements to optimize contract performance and customer experience

Collaboration & Customer Engagement

Mentor teammates, support new hire onboarding, and participate in departmental training

Systems & Autonomy

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ERP and CRM systems and related processes

Independently manage special projects with minimal supervision

Flexibly support additional responsibilities as needed to meet evolving business needs
