Physician Interventional Radiology - 100% Interventional Radiology

Position Overview Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) is seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible, full‑time Interventional Radiology Physician to join our independent IR department, separate from the Diagnostic Radiology department. The position is 100 % IR with no diagnostic radiology responsibilities and requires comfort with clinical decision‑making, multitasking, and effective communication with the IR group, CPMG team, referring providers, support staff, and patients. Clinical Scope Procedures include all non‑neurointerventional interventions from basic biopsies/fluid drainages and vascular access to TIPS, vertebral augmentation/MSK intervention, interventional oncology, prostate embolization, and other endovascular interventions. LPs and joint aspirations are not performed. The majority of IR procedures are performed by all current group members and will also be performed by the new hire. Work Schedule and Call 9–10‑hour days (approximately 7:30 – 5:30) with all cases completed the same day by staffing MDs. After‑hours emergency add‑ons are covered by a call MD. Weekend call runs from 5 p.m. Friday to 7 a.m. Monday and is divided equally per full‑time equivalent. Days off are determined as a group; specific details will be discussed during the interview. Compensation Pay range: minimum $587,332 and maximum $690,979, with salary based on years of experience and FTE.
