Your Responsibilities

• Engage potential candidates to present MLR's opportunities and evaluate their interest
• Arrange appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings
• Keep in touch with leads to sustain their interest and guide them through the hiring process
• Ensure that our applicant tracking system is current and precise
• Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and hires that arise from your leads
