Your Role

Leverage our proprietary platform combined with your own connections to identify prospective healthcare candidates

Initiate contact with potential candidates, introducing MLR's opportunities and assessing their interest

Coordinate interviews between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screenings

Continuously engage with leads to sustain their interest and facilitate the hiring process

Ensure accurate and updated records in our applicant tracking system

Earn commission through meetings set, interviews scheduled, and hires made from your leads

Your Compensation
