Your responsibilities include utilizing our proprietary platform and your personal network to source potential healthcare candidates, reaching out to engaging candidates to present MLR's incredible opportunities and gauge their interest, coordinating appointments between interested candidates and our dedicated recruiters for in-depth screenings, following up with leads to nurture their interest and support them throughout their hiring journey, keeping our applicant tracking system up-to-date with accurate and timely records, and earning commissions based on the meetings you schedule, interviews that result, and successful hires from your leads.

Keys to your success include excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive and self-driven attitude, a passion for outreach and connection, excited to help others take significant steps in their careers, and no prior recruiting experience necessary — if you're organized and resourceful, we'll provide the rest.
