Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring efficient workflows, reporting, and system optimization. Coordinate onboarding and serve as the primary point of contact for new hires through their first 90 days. Maintain recruiting, onboarding, and HR records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR to ensure a seamless candidate and new hire experience. Support recruiting events, internship programs, employment branding, and talent pipeline initiatives. Prepare recruiting reports, dashboards, and analytics while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Assist with HR projects, colleague communications, and other Talent Acquisition and Human Resources initiatives. Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager Qualifications: Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Three or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Human Resources, or HR Administration. Experience administering an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and working with HRIS platforms. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
