Be part of a collaborative HR team supporting a growing community healthcare organization. This role offers the chance to work closely with leadership, resolve employee challenges, and make a direct impact across multiple clinic locations.

Job Summary

The HR Business Partner will support leadership and employees with a primary focus on employee relations. This is a highly hands-on role working closely with managers in a fast-paced, employee-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases, including investigations and corrective action processes

• Partner with managers on performance management and employee coaching

• Provide guidance on HR policies and workplace best practices

• Support multiple sites and departments in a high-volume setting

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of HR experience with strong employee relations exposure

• Experience conducting investigations and handling employee issues

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare or nonprofit environment

• Experience supporting multi-site operations

This is a Permanent position based out of Sacramento, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
