Currently, we have a Banking Operations Processor job opportunity with a Bank providing personal, business, and digital banking solutions while remaining deeply committed to community development and financial empowerment. As a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), the Bank focuses on expanding access to affordable financial services, promoting financial literacy, and helping individuals and businesses build long-term wealth. Responsibilities Monitoring and processing checks received through remote deposit, posting incoming wire transfers, and managing online banking access, remote deposit access, and transaction limits. Responding to subpoenas, processing account holds, and remitting funds for garnishments. Opening new accounts and servicing online banking and listing service accounts. Processing and researching Regulation E (Reg E) claims, managing inactive account notices, handling account escheatment, and performing related duties. Handling returned items, ACH transactions, and other account-related processes. Qualifications Minimum high school education Minimum of 5 years of banking experience preferably in an operations setting Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with peers, supervisors, management and outside vendors Proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, and other bank related software Pay Rate Range: $20.50 - $22.50/hour (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location).
