The clinic experiences increased patient volume during the busy season, and leadership is seeking an exceptional PT who can quickly integrate into the workflow and contribute to high-quality care.As a Physical Therapist in this setting, you can expect to see an average of approximately 12 patients per day, allowing you to maintain meaningful, one-on-one interactions while still supporting a busy schedule. Patients primarily present with outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, though caseload may include a variety of functional and mobility issues based on community needs. You will be responsible for evaluations, plan-of-care development, therapeutic interventions, progress assessments, patient and family education, and clear documentation in the clinic's EMR system.A typical day includes performing comprehensive initial assessments, designing and progressing individualized treatment plans, coordinating care with the broader clinical team, and communicating regularly with patients regarding goals and outcomes. The clinic emphasizes evidence-based practice and professional integrity, and you will have an opportunity to refine your skills, deepen your outpatient expertise, and build strong professional relationships.This is a full-time role with an expected schedule of 5 eight-hour shifts (5:8s), totaling 40 hours per week.
