The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced and highly skilled ASE Certified Automobile Technician to join our busy team. If you're passionate about diagnostics, repair, and maintenance across a wide range of vehicles, and you possess ase certification's that prove your expertise, we want to talk to you! This is a full-time position offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a stable, positive work environment. Responsibilities
- Perform complex diagnostics using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Execute efficient and accurate repairs and maintenance on all makes and models (or specify focus, e.g., domestic/import).
- Complete work orders, documenting all repairs and services performed.
- Communicate with service advisors regarding vehicle issues and repair timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques .
- Mentor and assist junior technicians as needed.
- REQUIRED: Current and valid ASE Automobile Technician Certification (A6: Electrical/Electronic Systems certification is a plus!).
- A minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Possession of a complete set of professional tools .
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills .
- Proficiency with shop management systems and electronic diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service .
- Highly Competitive Compensation (Based on experience and certifications).
- Varying pay structure depending on experience and ability (i.e. Flat Rate, Hourly, Hourly + commission, or Salary)
