Trillium Staffing is now seeking CNC Operators with Swiss Machine experience in Roanoke, Virginia! These are direct hire positions!
Pay rate is$23-$28/hr. Schedule is 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Efficiently load and unload raw materials and components from Swiss-style CNC lathes.
-Perform precise in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and indicators to ensure adherence to quality standards.
-Monitor active machine operations, track tool wear, adjust offsets, and report any abnormal machining conditions.

Qualifications
-1+ years of experience operating CNC or Swiss-style machines
-A solid understanding of basic Swiss turning principles, multi-axis machining, or machining practices.
-Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
