We are looking for a skilled individual with experience operating multi-spindle automatic screw machines in a high-speed manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precision components within tight tolerances, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting the continuous operation of machines across different shifts.Key DutiesSet up, oversee, and control multi-spindle automatic screw machines for consistent and efficient operationProduce parts according to blueprints, adhering to quality, dimensional, and tolerance requirementsInspect and measure parts using precision tools throughout production to ensure complianceAdjust machine parameters, speeds, feeds, cams, and tools as necessary to maintain quality and productivityMaintain and replace tooling, drills, taps, inserts, and cooling systems as neededLoad, monitor, and replenish bar stock to prevent production delaysTroubleshoot machine problems and conduct minor repairs to minimize downtimeAccurately complete production and quality documentation (log sheets, inspection records, etc.)Keep work area clean, safe, and organized following 5S and safety guidelinesEffectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers during shift changesRequirementsPrior experience operating multi-spindle automatic screw machines is essentialAbility to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsProficiency in using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)Basic mechanical understanding and knowledge of machining principles (speeds, feeds, tooling)High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational machining training preferredCapable of working independently and managing multiple machines simultaneouslyShiftsDay and night shift opportunities are availableNight shift differential pay is providedCompensation$25–$27 per hour, depending on experienceAdditional compensation for night shift work
