Key Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret task specifications, blueprints, and mechanical drawings to determine desired results
• Translate instructions into computer commands for CNC machines.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Conduct test runs to verify machine output meets specifications.
• Operate CNC machines for tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and other precision machining operations 
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and promote safety standards.
• Continually learn new skills and techniques to improve performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ CNC milling experience preferred
• Proficiency in  common CNC milling techniques and  G-code programming (desired).
• Ability to  read complex blueprints and understand  GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Strong  analytical and numerical skills , including working with decimals and fractions.
• Proficiency with  basic measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, etc.).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
