• Supervise daily food and beverage service operations to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
• Support, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest service.
• Monitor service standards, presentation, and cleanliness across assigned areas.
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and team coordination as needed.
• Help train new team members and reinforce operational procedures and service expectations.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive experience.
• Work closely with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
• Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and support ordering or restocking processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist management with daily reporting, operational updates, and performance tracking.

• Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, restaurant, or related service roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with diverse teams.
• Sound organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Ability to resolve issues professionally and maintain composure under pressure.

• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, or POS systems.
• Training or mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with banquet, lounge, restaurant, or hotel service environments.
