Benefits 401(k) Competitive salary Paid time off Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented talented Bookkeeper to help manage the financial records of our business of over 52 years. Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial data and transactions Categorize expenses and reconcile bank and credit card accounts Process payroll and maintain employee records Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist with monthly and year-end bookkeeping Keep records organized and up to date Coordinate with external accountant during tax preparation Maintain Home Improvement Licenses Qualifications Previous bookkeeping experience, preferably with non-corporate business Familiarity with AccountEdge or similar accounting software Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Professional handling of confidential financial information Experience with ADP payroll If you are an experienced bookkeeper looking for a flexible opportunity with a busy family business, we'd love to hear from you.
