We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing organization in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities General Accounting & Close
- Lead and support the monthend and yearend close processes
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules and documentation
- Partner with departments such as FP&A, operations, and leadership to support business needs
- Provide guidance on accounting treatment and financial processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4-7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented culture
- Flexible work environment with a focus on results and accountability
