Finance Lead, TPM

Finance Lead, TPM role at AbbVie involving development of financial plans, variance analysis, and management reporting. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with six-plus years of manufacturing accounting and costing experience, and may include supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial plans, long-range plans, and business estimates
  • Prepare variance analysis and meaningful management reporting for supported business areas
  • Collaborate with Accounting Shared Services on monthly close process and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Provide financial insights into business performance drivers and assess market opportunities
  • Lead financial reviews, purchase order approvals, and ad hoc analysis projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 6+ years progressive accounting and costing experience in manufacturing
  • Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • SAP and BPC knowledge preferred; CPA or MBA a plus
