Responsibilities for an HR Support Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Respond to employee, manager, former employee, and dependent inquiries via phone, email, and case management systems with professionalism and empathy.

• Research and resolve HR-related questions by navigating multiple HR systems, resources, and knowledge databases.

• Accurately document employee cases and escalate or route complex inquiries to the appropriate HR Operations or Shared Services teams.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while handling confidential employee information in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.

Candidates for HR Support Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, Customer Service, Call Center, or a related support role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to provide excellent customer service.

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems, ticketing platforms, or case management tools.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
