Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North Carolina Division.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: - Patient ratios - Day shift 5:1 (6:1 stretch); night shift 6:1 (7:1 stretch). - Type of equipment - Walkers, bedside commode, bladder scanners, CPM, sky lifts, Sara Stedy, Sara Lift, Maxi Move, vital sign machine, hover mat, bair hugger, and wheelchairs. - Typical procedures performed on unit(s): dressing changes, suture/staple removal, Foley catheter, NG tubes, wound vac maintenance and removal.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: - Floating area(s): other Med-Surg units.

10 days maximum time off

1 reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required
