Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.Job Responsibilities:Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related field.Proven experience in die casting or metal casting manufacturing environments.Strong understanding of die casting equipment, mold design, and process parameters.Proficiency in statistical analysis and process control tools.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations.Preferred AttributesExperience with automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.Work EnvironmentFast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to high-temperature processes.Requires adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE.Occasional shift work may be necessary to support production schedules.Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
