Chief of Staff / Business Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing branded food company seeking a Chief of Staff / Business Manager to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. This highly visible role will help drive company-wide initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness, and support growth across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and enjoys turning strategy into execution. Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Business Operations Partner with executive leadership to drive key business initiatives and company priorities Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear ownership and accountability Lead cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to support decision-making Identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions that support growth Business Analysis & Execution Support annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance reviews Develop executive presentations, reporting, and business recommendations Analyze sales, operational, and financial performance to identify opportunities and risks Facilitate leadership meetings and ensure follow-through on critical initiatives Support commercialization, customer growth initiatives, and strategic partnerships as needed Organizational Effectiveness Improve communication, alignment, and accountability across teams Help establish processes, reporting structures, and operating rhythms that enhance execution Partner with leadership to support organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, finance, general management, or related leadership roles Experience within consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, manufacturing, or high-growth consumer brands preferred Strong analytical, financial, and project management capabilities Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
