Remote Trauma-Informed Licensed Therapist (1099)

Ray of Light Wellness LLC is an online mental health company providing online mental health counseling services to Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Maine. Our mission is to provide effective, accessible, and affordable mental health and wellness services using a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ unique needs. By partnering with numerous insurance providers, we strive to make our services affordable. As our practice continues to grow, we remain committed to fostering healing and knowledge in the communities we serve. This is a 1099 contracting position. The therapist conducts individual therapy sessions, develops tailored treatment plans, and collaborates with clients to support their mental health and wellness goals. Our practice credentials you, markets you, provides clients for you, handles insurance claims/eligibility, collects copayments, adds you to our HIPAA compliant platform (EHR system), and provides optional supervision and support for you throughout our time together. You are invited to join but not required to attend staff meetings and supervision groups. Tier 1 (1–10 clients/week) : 55% Therapist / 45% Ray of Light Wellness Tier 2 (11–20 clients/week) : 60% Therapist / 40% Ray of Light Wellness Tier 3 (21+ clients/week) : 65% Therapist / 35% Ray of Light Wellness Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology(Required) At least 3 years experience in mental health counseling, trauma informed care, and treatment planning (Required) Active Massachusetts state licensure (e.g., LCSW or LMHC).
