Part-Time Receptionist

Job Description Primary Responsibilities: Professionally answer and manage incoming phone calls. Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Scan and accurately attach documents into our management system. Assist with additional clerical and administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or GED (no college degree required). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). General computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.
