Salary: $100,000 - $145,000 per year A bit about us: We are a premier behavioral health organization providing comprehensive behavioral services across outpatient, inpatient, and integrated clinical settings. Board Certified Behavior Analysts may build a role focused on outpatient treatment, inpatient behavioral programming, or a combination of both. Depending on the program and responsibilities, potential hybrid flexibility may be available for treatment planning, data review, supervision, documentation, and family consultation. You will work alongside behavior technicians, therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, social workers, nursing professionals, educators, and care coordinators. This is not a model where the BCBA is expected to supervise an impossible number of cases, replace every absent technician, complete documentation at night, and somehow call that work-life balance. You became a BCBA to understand behavior, create meaningful interventions, and help patients build lasting skills—not to spend every day driving between locations and putting out preventable operational fires. If you still love behavior analysis but no longer love how your current organization expects you to deliver it, this opportunity may be worth exploring. Why join us?
Maybe you have accepted that being a BCBA means an oversized caseload, constant technician turnover, endless driving, missed supervision time, and behavior plans completed after dinner. It does not have to. Your current organization may need your certification. But does it give you the staffing, autonomy, compensation, time, and clinical resources required to use it properly? Job Details WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans
• Analyze behavioral data, monitor treatment outcomes, and modify interventions based on measurable patient progress
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and ongoing guidance to behavior technicians, RBTs, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team
• Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, physicians, social workers, nurses, educators, and families to coordinate comprehensive care
• Support patients and caregivers in applying behavioral strategies across clinical, home, school, and community environments when appropriate
• Participate in staff development, clinical quality initiatives, program growth, or leadership activities based on your interests and experience
SKILLS YOU NEED
• Required: Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Required: Active or eligible state behavior analyst license where applicable
• Required: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related discipline
• Preferred: Experience providing behavioral services in an outpatient, inpatient, autism services, developmental disabilities, school-based, residential, or integrated behavioral health setting Interested in hearing more? - Compensation ranging from $100,000 to $145,000, with additional incentive opportunities based on experience, schedule, credentials, responsibilities, and practice model
- Choose the clinical setting that fits you best, with outpatient, inpatient, or blended behavioral health opportunities
- Potential hybrid flexibility for treatment planning, data review, clinical documentation, caregiver consultation, and supervision that can be completed effectively offsite
- Manageable caseload expectations designed to protect clinical quality and prevent supervision from becoming a numbers exercise
- Protected administrative time for assessments, behavior plans, data analysis, documentation, and clinical preparation
- A clinical model that respects your expertise, allowing treatment recommendations to be driven by assessment data and patient needs rather than arbitrary service targets
- Strong behavior technician support, helping you spend more time supervising treatment and less time repeatedly filling gaps in basic coverage
- The ability to shape your practice around preferred populations, age groups, diagnoses, treatment settings, and areas of behavioral expertise
- Reasonable productivity expectations that recognize the time required for assessment, supervision, family consultation, treatment modification, and documentation
- Administrative support for scheduling, authorizations, referrals, credentialing, and routine operational needs, reducing the amount of nonclinical work competing for your attention
- Collaborative treatment planning with psychologists, therapists, physicians, nursing professionals, social workers, educators, and other members of the care team
- Opportunities to supervise and mentor RBTs, behavior technicians, students, and developing clinicians without carrying an unsustainable supervision load
- Leadership and advancement opportunities in clinical operations, staff development, quality improvement, program development, and regional or organizational leadership
- An established behavioral health platform with the resources to support ethical, evidence-based care, rather than treating ABA as an appointment-volume business
- Meaningful clinical work without requiring burnout as proof of commitment
