Hotel General Manager

Job Description The Hotel General Manager leads all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences and strong financial performance. This role involves managing a large team, overseeing budgets, and driving marketing strategies to maintain and grow the hotel's market position. The General Manager reports directly to Corporate Headquarters and plays a key role in staff development and operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage a large team of 50+ staff members across departments Oversee and control hotel budget and financial performance Maintain exceptional customer relations to ensure guest satisfaction Lead daily operations to optimize efficiency and service quality Develop and implement effective marketing strategies Foster team development and professional growth Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in hotel management Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field Company Description Bowden Hospitality is an owner and operator of the best hotel brands with over 40 years in hotel ownership and franchise hospitality environments.
