Software Development Engineer II, Prime Tech - RAPIDX

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer who wants to solve large-scale distributed systems problems with direct, measurable impact on customers.Prime is one of the world's largest subscription programs, and the experiences a member has in their first days shape whether they stay for years. Our team owns the services that greet new members and guide them to the benefits that matter most to them, across web, mobile app, and email, in countries around the world.As an engineer on the team, you will design, build, and operate backend services that deliver personalized onboarding experiences at high scale and low latency. You might start by checking the health of your services and the results of a live experiment, then move into designing a new feature with a product manager and designer. You'll write and review code, dig into a performance or reliability question, and pair with other engineers to unblock a launch. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
