Director of Growth Marketing

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as the Director of Growth Marketing, responsible for driving self-serve revenue growth through managing paid media, conversion optimization, and measurement while collaborating with the enterprise team on demand generation initiatives. Key responsibilities Own self-serve revenue growth by building and running the marketing engine that engages developers from initial touch to increased usage Plan and execute paid media strategies across various channels while managing a substantial budget and vendor relationships Oversee AEO/SEO initiatives and conversion optimization on key website pages in collaboration with product and engineering teams Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in a developer tools or technical B2B SaaS environment Proven track record of managing self-serve or usage-based revenue metrics Experience with an annual multi-channel paid budget of $5M+ and a solid understanding of CAC and payback metrics Hands-on experience with product analytics and measurement stacks, including attribution design and testing Experience in SEO for technical products and a strong understanding of AEO implications
