Location: Denver, CO 80238 Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $60,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday: Day Shift Position Overview Citadel Security USA is seeking a Full-Time Operations Manager to oversee daily security operations for multiple client accounts throughout the Denver area. This position combines office coordination with regular field support and is ideal for someone who can manage personnel, maintain organization across several locations, and respond effectively to operational challenges. The Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting site teams, maintaining service standards, and ensuring communication remains consistent between clients, officers, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations across multiple assigned client sites Coordinate staffing plans and adjust schedules to maintain proper coverage Support field supervisors and security officers with operational needs Conduct routine site visits to review performance, attendance, and site conditions Address service concerns, staffing gaps, or operational issues in a timely manner #J-18808-Ljbffr Citadel Security Group
