Murdock Auto Team is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our award-winning Service Department. As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our service customers, helping them understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.
• Prepare repair orders and explain recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle delivery.
• Review completed repairs with customers and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Build lasting relationships by providing outstanding customer service.
• Help achieve dealership customer satisfaction and performance goals.

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software.
• Automotive knowledge or previous Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
