Air & Ocean Import coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Air & Ocean Import Operator to manage international import shipments from arrival through final delivery. The ideal candidate will handle full A–Z import operations using CargoWise, ensuring timely shipment processing, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage air and ocean import shipments from pre-alert to final delivery. Process shipment documentation and maintain accurate CargoWise files. Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, steamship lines, truckers, warehouses, customs brokers, and customers. Arrange customs clearance and inland transportation. Track shipments, resolve issues, and provide proactive customer updates. Audit costs, process billing, and close files accurately. Qualifications 2–5 years of air and ocean import freight forwarding experience. Strong knowledge of import documentation and customs processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.
