Desktop Support Technician

TEKsystems in Dallas, TX is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for the weekend shift to provide Level 1 end-user support in a fast-paced NOC environment. This onsite contract role covers Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM with potential weekday coverage as needed. You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, basic network issues, and printer problems, image and deploy devices, and escalate to Level 2 when required.
