Sales & Management Trainee
The Granite Group
Overview We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Sales and Management Training Program. The program provides cross-functional rotations over 18 months to learn every aspect of our business, from inventory to customer service. You will spend time in each branch department as part of the program. Responsibilities Participate in cross-functional rotations across Inside Sales, Heating/HVAC design, Counter, warehouse, Central Distribution, Ultimate Bath Stores, and business support functions. Develop knowledge and skills to prepare for a sales or management role at The Granite Group. Collaborate with teams, contribute to customer service excellence, and apply strengths to grow within the company. Qualifications College graduate (within last 5 years) or early-career professional; open to career changers. Motivated, focused, and driven; strong communication and teamwork skills.
